General Terms and Conditions
- Closed/dormant accounts will NOT be eligible of the lucky draw.
- The cash prize will be transferred directly to the winner’s bank account (WOORI Bank only).
- For bigger prizes (100 USD and up), the winners will be asked to take a photo at the handover and post it publicly on social media.
- Customers must confirm to receive the prize within 30 days from the announcement date of winners; otherwise, it will be considered void. In this case, Woori Bank reserves the right to cancel the prize itself, and the customer will NOT have the right for objection.
- Customers must proof their identity with an ID card, passport, or other authorized documents that can prove their identity. If the customer fails to provide the correct documents to prove ownership of his/her account, the customer will not be rewarded.
- Rewards received cannot be exchanged or transferred upon receipt.
- Woori Bank reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions or terminate the promotion ahead of schedule without prior notice if necessary.
