Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, enhancement, and support of software applications, including mobile, web, and digital banking platforms.
- Oversee system architecture, integration, and delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with Core Banking teams on integration and enhancement related to Temenos Core Banking.
- Manage development teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to deliver strategic digital initiatives.
Requirement Competencies
- 10+ years of experience in IT/software development, with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven experience in software and mobile application development, delivering enterprise-grade systems
- Solid knowledge of system integration, APIs, and modern development frameworks
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Ability to work under pressure and be highly self-motivated.
- Strategic thinking with hands-on technical understanding.
- Working experience with Temenos Core Banking integration, customization, or surrounding systems.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing development teams and vendors.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English or Khmer.
- Experience in digital banking, fintech, or customer-facing platforms
- Familiarity with secure development practices and collaboration with IT Security teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work closely with business units and senior management
