Manager, Financial Risk Analysis

• Prepare and assist for yearly plan of actions.
• Prepare self-development and performance review.
• Identify, measure, monitor, and mitigate financial risks that could affect the Bank’s capital, earnings, and liquidity.
• Calculate the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and prepare related reports for submission to Management and the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC).
• Conduct daily Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) calculations and liquidity monitoring.
• Provide recommendations on liquidity matters to ensure the continuity of business operations.
• Work with Treasury and other related departments to activate and monitor the Bank’s Funding Contingency Plan.
• Perform repricing gap and interest rate gaps calculation, analysis and report the results to Management.
• Identify, assess, and monitor market risks (interest rate risk and foreign exchange risk) by evaluating current internal controls and potential impacts from external events.
• Participate in bylaw reviews to understand and provide risk opinions on Treasury, Finance, and other related functions.
• Ensure compliance with internal risk appetite statements and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for market risk and credit risk, assess potential impacts, and propose mitigation actions.
• Work closely with Internal Audit to identify internal gaps and high‑risk areas that may lead to financial loss and recommend effective solutions to close those gaps.
• Test Effectiveness of actions to mitigate risk in RCSA and provide recommendation to improve.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

• Must understand and agree on Woori Bank’s Mission, purpose, values, and objectives.
• Bachelor University Degree preferably in Accounting and Finance and/or related skill.
• Strong analytical skill.
• Must have a strong team-orientation, and good attitude and inter-personal skills.
• Excellent computer skills – Word processing, spreadsheet, and MS access.
• Must have commitment to work in team and have good interpersonal skill.
• Minimum of 2 year working experiences in Finance and Banking.
