Duties & Responsibilities

  • Involve with IT Business Analysis team to analyze mobile system requirements and to provide system analysis, impact analysis, and proposed solutions.
  • Enhance, develop and maintain high-performance mobile frontend application (iOS and Android) as required and designed by the bank.
  • Security and compliance.
  • Have basic knowledge in loan and savings functionalities.
  • Develop new ad-hoc requests and other tasks assigned by line manager.
  • Arrange the plan and team to develop or enhance mobile frontend application
  • Follow agile scrum methodology in system development life cycle
  • Environments preparation for Development, SIT, UAT, Pre-Prod and/or Prod.
  • Troubleshoot the existing mobile frontend application regularly.
  • Monitor or check reports daily basis.
  • Regularly make reports to line manager.
  • Provide technical training to your team.
  • Support other team or staff for knowledge sharing.
  • Ad-hoc KPI as assigned by line manager.

Requirement Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
  • Have at least 4 years of experience in mobile frontend application development (iOS and Android native) and at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role, preferably within the FinTech or Banking sector.
  • Experience in loan and savings products or services.
  • Experience in using programing language such as Kotlin and Swift.
  • Experience in using and integrating with RESTful or SOAP APIs.
  • Experience in using various data exchange format such as CSV, XML and JSON.
  • Experience in using Structure Query Language and Data Manipulation Language.
  • Experience in using relational database or non-relational database.
  • Understand containerized platform and microservices.
  • Understanding of object-oriented concepts, design patterns, and application frameworks.
  • Have strong skill in using distributed version control system.
  • Have strong knowledge of DevOps (CI/CD) for mobile application and automated testing (Unit, UI, and Integration tests).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
